• Personalized recommendations based on your interactions

Our goal is to make education fun, collaborative, and effective for students of all ages.

3. User Accounts

Creation

Sign up with accurate info (e.g., name, email, or Google OAuth). You're responsible for your account's security and all activity.

Age Rules

If under 13 (or 16 in some regions), you need verifiable parental consent. By signing up, you confirm you're eligible or have permission.

Management

Keep your details current. Report unauthorized access immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

Use Wizzist only for legal, educational purposes. Don't:

• Cheat on schoolwork or violate academic rules
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Use for commercial gain without our okay
• Break any laws

We may monitor usage to enforce this—violations could lead to account suspension.

5. Academic Integrity

We're here to help you learn, not do the work for you. Use our AI tutors as guides—always cite sources and follow your school's policies. You're accountable for ethical use; we promote real understanding over shortcuts.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You own what you upload (e.g., homework, notes). You give us a limited license to process and store it for Service delivery.

Our Content

Wizzist materials (logos, interfaces, AI outputs) are ours or licensed—protected by copyright. Use them only as allowed.

AI Content

Generated responses may have errors or biases—verify them independently. We don't claim ownership of AI outputs, but you can't resell or misuse them.

7. Pricing and Payments

We offer free and premium plans. For paid ones:

• Billing is per your selected plan (monthly/annually)
• Pay via secure providers; we don't store card details
• Cancel anytime—refunds follow our policy (pro-rated for unused time)
• Prices may change with notice

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Guarantees

The Service is "as is"—we can't promise perfect accuracy, uptime, or results. AI can make mistakes; your success depends on you.

Liability Cap

We're not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost grades, data loss). Max liability is what you paid us in the last year.

Third Parties

We use AI providers (e.g., Claude, Gemini)—their terms apply too.

9. Indemnification

You agree to cover us for any claims from your misuse, violations, or content—including legal fees.

10. Termination

You can close your account anytime. We can suspend/terminate for breaches, fraud, or other reasons. Upon termination, access ends, but we may keep data for legal needs.

11. Governing Law

These Terms follow U.S. and California laws (no conflict rules). Disputes go to California courts or arbitration if we choose.
