How sponsored access works

Classroom AI follows teacher guardrails. Add a Student plan for personal learning with the same login, or use eligible family coverage. Classroom permission covers classroom use; personal learning requires any applicable parent authorization.

Students keep their account and content rights, can export permitted data, and receive continuation or closure choices when sponsorship ends.

Balances, renewals & pack details

Monthly tokens are used first and reset at renewal. Unused purchased balances carry forward while an eligible subscription is active. AI tokens cover tutoring, planning, and text creation in the selected workspace.

Video uses a separate balance. Each generation is priced by duration and settings before you spend; a pack does not promise a fixed number of videos. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Common questions

How are tokens counted?

Tokens measure text the AI reads and writes. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, used before purchased tokens. Family and Teacher allowances include both adult and learner usage. If the available balance runs out, generation pauses until renewal or a token pack purchase; saved work remains available.

Who can choose Advanced AI models?

Student Pro and Max learners, parents on every Family plan, and teachers can choose their model level in Settings → Model preference. Standard provides efficient everyday help. Advanced uses more capable, higher-cost models for demanding tasks and can use more of your token allowance. Family Pro and Max learners receive the same choice. Classroom-only seats use Standard models.

Can I have Family and Teacher plans?

Yes. Use one account with separate Family and Teacher workspaces. Each has its own subscription, roster, and balances. Choose a Family tier and add Teacher Classroom; the base monthly total is the sum of the selected plans, plus any extra learners and applicable tax.

What happens to an existing subscription?

Your existing plan and purchased AI credits keep their original terms. A voluntary move to a new plan shows the changed features, learner capacity, and total before you confirm. Legacy AI credits remain a separate balance.
