How is my first payment calculated?
Tell Wizzist about the class, test or catch-up goal. We sketch the plan, estimate the work for the next month, apply credits you already have, and ask you to fund at least 75% of the rest. You can fund it all or buy more. Estimates are not guarantees of a grade or score.

Common questions
How many study plans can I have?
There is no plan-count limit. Organize your subjects, prepare for a test, or make a catch-up plan whenever it helps. You can also ask for help without making a plan first.
What does Family include?
One parent and up to 6 learners. Each learner gets the Student experience, with family coordination, appropriate shared progress, and parent guidance.
The family shares one monthly credit allowance. Parents add credits for a goal; learners cannot buy credits or enlarge a budget.
What happens when credits run out?
Your plans, saved work, history, progress and reminders stay available, and you can keep using existing quizzes and practice. New AI work waits until you add credits or your next paid month begins. We never top up or charge overage automatically.
Why do credits expire?
Credits fund work you are doing now. Included credits last for their paid month. Added credits last 30 days from the confirmed payment, and we always use the earliest-expiring credits first. Each purchase shows its exact expiry on your receipt and billing page.
What if I cancel?
Your account stays active until the end of the paid month. After that, new AI work pauses and your learning history stays saved; credit expiry never deletes your work.
Is video generation included?
Video is optional and paid separately when available. Review the price before generating. Video purchases do not renew automatically, and unused purchased balances keep their original terms.
Can I have Family and Teacher accounts?
Yes. One login can have separate Family and Teacher workspaces, with their own people, permissions, credit balances and subscriptions. The base total is $25 per month, before added credits and applicable tax.
What happens to my existing subscription?
Your existing subscription and purchased balances keep their agreed terms. Any switch shows the new price, coverage, and effective date before you confirm.
